The curtain is made of PU filled with insulation foam rather than PVC. While the surface hardness of PU materials does not change with constant fluctuations in external temperature, PVC materials harden with decreasing temperature, and surface cracking occurs within one to two years due to constant variation in hardness.

The curtains are filled with eco-friendly and heat-conserving materials to improve the heat-conserving and energy-saving effects. Use heating and anti-freezing mechanisms-imported heating wires on the sides of the posts will be effective in preventing frosting. The photo eyes and collision-resistant design structure can effectively guarantee operational safety performance and facilitate maintenance.

High-speed cold storage doors have self-repairing designs that automatically recover. The rear curtain will come out of the track when it is accidentally hit, and it will complete its own repair during the subsequent ascent, saving on maintenance costs. Therefore, it is used for frequent access to buffers, which is preferred for energy saving and consumption reduction in the cold chain logistics industry.

The door remains open when there is an obstruction under the curtain. When the curtain of the door is closed, and an object passes through, the door moves to the opening position, and then closes in time when there is no obstruction.

Mechanical structure

Lifting mode	The double rollers lifting mode is adopted to meet the needs of the entrance more effectively, and ensure that the  curtain does not produce mutual friction in the repeated operation process, thus increasing the service life of the curtain.
Self-repairing	The control unit can be automatically reset during ascent without manual repair after the door curtain derails due to an accidental impact.

Heating anti-freezing device	The heating mechanism can avoid the condensation of hot and cold air due to the frequent opening and closing of the door, and then solidify into ice in the sub zero temperature environment, resulting in the freezing of the guide rail, so that the door can operate stably in the low temperature environment.
Door curtain material	Thickened cord fabric. Sealing performance	The heating wire can be put in side sealing and side frames based on the site condition, effectively sealing the perimeter of the door frame to ensure air tightness and isolation inside and out of the door. The door is continuously heated and has a temperature control device that automatically cuts off power if it exceeds a set limit.
